Chilling.
Over the past 4 months Adrianna and I have been raising 55 baby chicks into coop ready little hens to donate to a local group “City Slickers Farms” and a few friends and families we love. Last week we sent 35 of them out to local coops in West Oakland to feed the community. This was a great challenge and somewhat of an experiment, but in the end it worked out very well. We are glad to have less chickens to tend and will have to try a smaller number next time.
It has been an action packed last few months. To start off I came p an a bad ass green house for free. Just had to buy some buddies lunch for helping me take it down and get it home. This will step my gardening game up several natches. Start everything from seed, that cuts costs tremendously. Grow lettuce tomatoes squash and many other veggies year round. Also just a great place for me to spend quality time in my garden staying out of trouble. Thank you lord for blessing me and thank the wonderful Davis family for there love grace and support of my on going project.
